Gifts and realizations.

all time - is relative
It's Christmas eve!! It's Christmas eve!!! It's Christmas eve!!! Wheee!!

Peter and I met today to exchange gifts. I got Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, the Director's Cut. EEEEeeee!!! I also got a Filler Bunny figurine! Eeeee!!! And a bath salts thing from his mummy. EEeee!!!

I was talking to Ariel today about Mike and the things he does for me, and she made the comment, "You always get good boyfriends. The break-up might have been bad, but the relationship in itself was good. they are always really good to you," with just a slight touch of envy. Ariel is a socialite, and extremely popular. She has a record deal and a manager, and a fabulous singing voice. She's prettier than me, not to mention a fantastic dresser. She can get with the hottest guys. However, concerning their hearts, I date the better guys. She doesn't get fulfilling relationships, I do. That is the one thing that keeps me from ever being jealous of her. Ever.

Quote for the Entry: "Happy, happy Christmas, that can win us back to the delusions of our childish days; that can recall to the old man the pleasures of his youth; that can transport the sailor and the traveler, thousands of miles away, back to his own fire-side and his quiet home!" ~Charles Dickens, The Pickwick Papers, 1836

I miss my delusions.
